  1. Positive sentence: sub+is/am/are+past participle. E.g He plays cricket (active).Cricket is played by him (passive). 
  2. Negative sentence: sub+is/am/are+not+past participle. E.g He does not play cricket (active).Cricket is not played by him (passive). 
  3. Interrogative sentence: Is/am/are+sub+past participle. E.g Does he play cricket? (active).Is cricket played by him? (passiv). 
  4. Negative interrogative sentence: Is/am/are+sub+n0t+3rd vrb? E.g Does he not play cricket?(active). Is cricket not played by him? (passive)

  1. Positive sentence: sub+is/am/are+being+3rd verb. E.g Usman is fixing the car (active). The car is being fixed by Usman (passive). 
  2. Negative sentence: sub+is/am/are+not+being+3rd verb. E.g Usman is not fixing the car (active).The car is not being fixed by Usman (passive).
  3. Interrogative Sentence: Is/am/are+sub+being+3rd verb? Is Usman fixing the car? (active) Is the car being fixed by Usman? (passive).
  4. Negative Interrogative: Is/am/are+sub+not+being+3rd verb? E.g Is Usman not fixing the car? (active). Is the car not being fixed by Usman? (passive)...

Change of Voices in Present Perfect Tense:

  1. Postive sentence: sub+has/have+been+3rd verb. E.g They have written a letter (active). A letter has been written by them (passive).
  2. Negative sentence: Sub+has/hav+not+been+3rd verb. E.g They have not written a letter (active). A letter has not been written by them (passive)
  3. Interrogative sentence: Has/have+sub+been+3rd verb? Have they written a letter? (active) Has a letter been written by them? (passive)
  4. Negative Interrogative: Has/have+sub+not+been+3rd verb? E.g Have they not written a letter? (active) Has a letter not been written by them? (passive)....
